This burns as much as a 40-60 minute RUN. This workout will be your best friend forever, but it burns so bad and it’s challenging. I suggest you try this later on if you’re a beginner. 

Other than videos, I usually try to take a walk around the neighborhood for at least an hour, daily. I rarely run on the treadmill. I hate treadmills. I LOVE to use olypticals. They’re so much fun to me. To me, it’s not even a workout, but my mom won’t buy me one. sadface.

Another thing that will work AWESOMELY, Zumba!

I have the four disc pack with a little guide and toning sticks.

I also play Just Dance 2. You will sweat like crazy if you do a lot of songs in a row and you actually do the full dance. Not just the arms. I usually do this + the zumba cardio party disc + an hour walk on a daily basis.
