What I ate today

Breakfast: Didn’t have enough time to eat anything.

Lunch: Apple, Banana, Peanut butter sandwich (whole grain wheat bread and organic peanut butter)

Dinner: Easy mac (220 calories), peanut butter crackers (190), hot air popcorn (10), pretzel sticks (110).

I binged for dinner. Blah, I feel bad.
